Evelyn is a devoted mother, a born-again believer in Jesus Christ, and a passionate advocate for helping teenagers and youth to discover their God given purpose and walk boldly in their true identity.

With a rich background working in both national and international organizations as a Monitoring & Evaluation, Strategy and Research expert, she has supported different program interventions such as education, health, Agriculture, human rights and humanitarian work. Beyond career, she brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and faith into every interaction.

Anchored in Christian values, her mission is to guide the next generation to navigate life with confidence, clarity, and a deep sense of Kingdom purpose, empowering them to live fully and fearlessly as who God created them to be.

Eng. Winfred Otieno is a Civil Engineer, Project Management Enthusiast and a devoted mentor who finds deep joy in walking alongside teens and young adults as they learn to embrace who they truly are in Christ Jesus, and live with authenticity and purpose.

With a wealth of experience in infrastructure planning and development as a Civil Engineer, she has seen firsthand how strong foundations transform communities. She applies this same principle to her work with young people.

Her mission is to see every young person rise, to know who they are, believe in what they carry, and build a life rooted in Christ. Together, we can construct bridges, not only over rivers and valleys, but also over the internal divides that hinder personal growth and fulfillment.
