Hello, I'm Elizabeth Mgamb—a medical doctor, public health specialist, and certified professional coach. In 2019, driven by a profound passion for empowering future generations and guided by unwavering Christian faith, my spouse and I founded a school in Kenya.

Through my continuous interactions with teenagers and youths at Goldfields School and my extensive experience working in the health sector across five different countries, I have gained unique insights into the challenges they face and the incredible opportunities for their growth. This deepened my commitment and led me to establish Purpose Spark—to help teenagers and youths discover their unique gifts and fulfill their divine purpose.

As a director of the school, I have dedicated my life to creating environments where teenagers/youths can thrive, rooted in Christian values. This commitment extends into my role as the director of Purpose Spark, where I lead a team of carefully selected coaches and mentors.

Together, we guide teenagers and youths on their journey of self-discovery, nurture their dreams, ignite their passions, and build their confidence for a brighter tomorrow. We also collaborate with parents, guardians, and teachers who play significant roles in their growth.
